REV FEST 250 brings the American Revolution to life during Westchester County's signature event commemorating the nation's 250th. Through the stories of patriots, loyalists, and those caught in between, the festival offers a deeper understanding of the people, choices, and conflicts that shaped the birth of a nation. Explore authentic Continental and British Army encampments, meet 500 volunteer living historians portraying soldiers and civilians, witness military drills, musket and artillery firing, artisan trades, and hands-on living history that reveals what life was like during the Revolution.

With more than two miles of immersive experiences spanning the scenic grounds of Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, there's something to discover around every corner. From historic camps and artisan villages to musical performances and interactive activities, REV FEST 250 offers an unforgettable weekend for families, history enthusiasts, and curious minds of all ages.
PHILIPSE MANOR HALL will be present with a booth featuring historical games like skittles, graces, shut the box and more, plus our traveling exhibit, "The American Revolution in the Hudson Valley," Explore the impact of war on Westchester County and the Philipse family, Indigenous communities, and people of African descent, as well as the importance of the Hudson River and New York City to both sides, and what happened in New York at the end of the war. Mary Philipse Morris (portrayed by PMH staff member Sarah Wassberg Johnson) will join the Women of the Revolution to discuss the impact the war had on her life.
